Quan Yin is the Buddhist goddess of compassion. She is often represented holding a lotus flower, which symbolizes purity and enlightenment. The lotus grows in muddy water and yet remains untouched by the dirt. In the same way, Quan Yin helps us to rise above the negativity in the world and remain focused on our goal of helping others.
When we call on Quan Yin, we are asking for her assistance in our own journey of compassionate actions. We are asking her to help us maintain our focus on love and light, even when the world seems dark and difficult. With her help, we can continue to be a force for good in the world, no matter what challenges we face.
